
Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī (Arabic: صحيح البخاري) is the common name for Bukhārī's The Authentic, Abridged, Chain-Supported Collection Regarding Matters Pertaining to the Messenger of Allah, His Traditions, and His Times or more briefly The Authentic Collection. Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī is one of the Kutub al-Sittah (six major hadith collections) of Sunni Islam, compiled by Persian scholar Muhammad al-Bukhari. It was completed around 846 CE / 232 AH.
